Senior CCM Developer

Reporting to: CCM Development Manager (TM)

Main Purpose of Role

Working as a member of the CCM Development department, within a multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of CCM solutions for our clients. You will be expected to deliver these solutions in-line with project timescales and to a high standard. You will be expected to take part in the delivery of changes to current client CCM solutions, when requested, in accordance with client requirements. Developing these solutions will be done using the Quadient Inspire suite and other technologies.

 

You will also be required to thoroughly check and test all work undertaken on workflows and solutions in-line with the department’s testing policies and procedures and safeguard them from any adverse effects these changes may cause.

 

Communication with other departments and stakeholders, in relation to the aforementioned responsibilities, is vital to this position. In this regard, you will be expected to liaise with a number of different departments and engage with various personnel throughout the business to ensure the department’s commitments are met. At times, there may be a requirement for you to engage with clients, and act in a consultative role on behalf of the business, in matters relating to the development of their solutions.

 

A key responsibility of this role is the active coaching and mentoring of more junior members of the team, working with them to achieve their potential whilst helping to convey development standards, of which you will be a key member in driving. You must be proactive in this regard, and look to facilitate this, wherever possible.

Expected entry qualification/experience/skills

  • Degree or relevant industry (Quadient) certifications, or experience.
  • Experience delivering large-scale projects with multiple departments and clients.
  • Experience delivering and managing customer change.
  • Experience acting in a technical leadership capacity.
  • Experience in mentoring and coaching others in a technical and professional way.
  • A high-level of expertise in the Quadient Inspire suite for R10–R16 GA including:
    • Designer (with advanced scripting)
    • Automation (with scripting)
    • Interactive Classic/Interactive
  • Knowledge of data formats and their use within Quadient CCM solutions including:
    • XML
    • JSON
    •  CSV
    • Line data
