Adare SEC drives capacity with new enclosing and printing investments

Integrated communications provider Adare SEC has taken its technology investment figure to £1m in the last calendar year with the addition of a new mail enclosing system from BlueCrest.

The business has added a BlueCrest Epic high-speed mail inserting system to its Leicester site – the company’s seventh investment in this specific model. The system is equipped with cutting-edge 4-way feeder camera technology for verification and matching of personalised documents.

Hayden Savage, Chief Operating Officer, Adare SEC, comments: “The new BlueCrest Epic system increases capacity at our Leicester site by 100m envelopes per year. This extra processing power is essential to handle the increased volumes created by significant new business wins across the private and public sector. Our operators know the Epic system well, and our teams have been able to really hit the ground running.”

Guido Rietti, VP for BlueCrest UK, BlueCrest, comments: “The fact that Adare SEC has now invested in seven of our Epic systems is testament to the quality and processing power of the technology, and also to the growth ambitions of Adare SEC. They are a business working in demanding, highly regulated sectors, and the Epic is ideally placed to deliver integrity at volume. We are delighted to continue this long-standing partnership.”

Adare SEC has also equipped its Bellshill site with two new RISO T1200 full colour inkjet printers. These new additions will support cut sheet, full colour applications across a number of key sectors.

In 2023, the business was once again awarded a prestigious Gold Sustainability Certification from the renowned EcoVadis ratings agency, recognising sustainability initiatives and improvements across all sites. The rating puts Adare SEC in the top 2% of companies within the printing industry.
