Account Manager

Reporting to: Client Experience Manager

Main Purpose of Role

The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with clients, managing client accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions, preparing reports, addressing client inquiries, and identifying opportunities for account growth.

As an Account Manager you will work closely with the Product and Development teams to support business initiatives. The right person for this role will be a confident communicator, a natural organiser, and a solution-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll need to be comfortable managing multiple priorities, building trust with clients, and working closely with internal teams to deliver complex, time-sensitive campaigns without compromising on quality or detail. Most importantly, you’ll be responsible for sustaining long-lasting relationships with clients by consistently delivering value.

Role Description

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Prepare and present regular reports, insights, and performance updates to clients and stakeholders
  • Manage multiple accounts and priorities with a high level of organisation, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • Oversee the execution of complex, time-sensitive campaigns, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standard
  • Manage day-to-day client communications,ensuring expectations are met and any issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
  • To co-operate as required with the Finance Department in securing payment from customers by chasing up overdue invoices for your allocated clients plus accounts shared with Account Directors.
  • Effectively understand and interpret client briefs and translate into the documentation required to facilitate the smooth flow through the business which is clear in the requirements and specification.

Required Qualifications / Experience / Skills

  • Client relationship management and account management skills
  • Experience in coordinating with internal teams and clients
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
  • Experience in the industry relevant to the company is a plus
  • Able to work in a fast moving environment.
