Mail Metrics introduced Mail Metrics Post, transferring production and mailing from ten different stationery formats to a streamlined, full white-paper solution.
We also deployed our proprietary postal optimisation system, reducing the number of envelopes used for each customer mailing from two C5 envelopes to a single plain outer. This not only simplified operations but also lowered costs and improved environmental performance.
