Allianz signs long-term contract extension with Adare SEC to continue digital transformation journey
Integrated communications provider Adare SEC has been awarded a long-term contract extension with Allianz to continue to guide the insurance giant’s digital transformation journey.
In a working relationship dating back to 2007, Adare SEC has played a key role in the streamlining of Allianz’s inbound and outbound communications, leading to significant cost and efficiency gains. Today, Adare SEC dispatches approximately 5 million communications each year to Allianz customers across print, email, SMS and portal-based delivery.
The digital element of this multi-channel outbound provision is expanding fast. In 2020, Allianz’s digital communications increased by 105%, supported by Adare SEC’s digital transformation expertise.
Most recently, the two companies have been working to transform the visibility of the customer journey – enabling both Allianz’s own call-centre staff and the end customer to gain an instant on-screen overview of precisely which communications have been sent – whether digital or physical. In this way, customers and Allianz staff can have a more informed and engaged conversation, resulting in quicker and more efficient outcomes.
Rachael Nevins, CEO, Adare SEC, comments: “Our strategic vision to be the expert of choice for integrated communications dovetails perfectly with Allianz’s own digital transformation ambitions.
“We have developed a real pedigree in the insurance sector and the continuation of our partnership with Allianz offers further evidence of the dynamic advantages that our solutions-set is bringing to document-intensive businesses. We are extremely proud to have the opportunity to further build on the great work we have collectively achieved.”
Alison Paterson, Head of Services, Allianz comments: “Operationally and strategically, Adare SEC play an instrumental part in our value chain. As we continue to drive communication excellence through our business, their proactive and creative approach as well as their field of expertise, positively challenges, enables and evolves us.
Andria King, Service & Support Manager - Operations, Allianz comments: “Adare SEC totally understands our developing business challenges and our strategy for growth. Through regular communication and collaboration, Adare SEC is providing industry insight, best-practice guidance and the necessary solutions agility to help us get quickly to our goals.”
Adare SEC’s own £multi-million investment in hardware and software continues as it establishes itself as the trusted expert of choice for contemporary integrated communications. Adare SEC employs around 400 colleagues across its secure facilities in Huddersfield, Redditch and Nottingham.
