Integrated communications provider Adare SEC has signed a three-year contract extension with retailer N Brown Group for the provision of financial services transactional communications print and hybrid mail services.
Adare SEC has operated as N Brown’s strategic communications partner since 2016, handling the production of the retailer’s volume of customer-facing financial services transactional documents. The three-year contract extension is testament to the long-standing partnership between the two businesses, and a recognition of Adare SEC’s work in driving significant financial savings for the retail firm as well as supporting their longer-term customer communication strategy.
In the last 12 months alone Adare SEC has printed over 6.5 million statement packs for N Brown, along with letter and cheque volumes totalling over 9 million pages. Some 24 million digital images were also captured and fed back into N Brown’s workflows.
Adare SEC is also providing a hybrid mail service for N Brown, enabling the business to route its ad-hoc, non-standard letter volume to Adare SEC’s production print systems at its Huddersfield site. Using this service, N Brown employees can print professional documents from anywhere – whether in the office, at home, or on the move. Following Covid, the distributed nature of many workforces will see hybrid mail services take on increasing importance. This platform also is also capable of handling multi-channel communications.
