An update from our CEO – Agility in an ever-changing landscape

Dear All,

I hope that you, your families and your colleagues remain safe and well as we continue to navigate the circumstances of COVID-19.

No doubt we all listened to the latest government announcements with a heavy heart, but I wanted to assure you that, at Adare SEC, we remain focused on continuing to provide great service for all your communication needs throughout the challenges of the pandemic.

Following yesterday’s changes in Government policy, we have been carefully reviewing our own controls and safety measures. Throughout the pandemic we have remained in line with published COVID-19 workplace guidance and we will continue to ensure this is implemented in full. Therefore, as soon as it is reasonable to do so, colleagues who are able to will return to working from home. There are no changes for operational colleagues who are unable to work from home and remain committed to delivering the high quality service levels you have come to expect from Adare SEC. My thanks go to all colleagues as their continued support is greatly appreciated.

We have worked hard to ensure we maintain a COVID-19 secure workplace for all our colleagues and essential visitors throughout the pandemic. As such, the offices will remain open for those who need to be on site or need to use facilities such as meeting rooms within the guidance previously shared. Please contact your relationship managers if you would like to visit our site for any reason and they will happily go through the safety measures in place.

Whilst we recognise the impact these necessary government changes may have on us all, this only reinforces our ambitions to continue our investment programme into the latest operational equipment and new digital technology so we can react with agility to deliver quality critical services for you and your customers in this changing landscape.

Finally, I wish you good health and your business a safe navigation through this next phase of the pandemic and please contact either myself or your relationship manager if we can help in any way.

Keep safe and healthy,

Rachael Nevins
Chief Executive Officer
