COVID-19 Update from our CEO

Dear All

Firstly, thank you for your continued faith in Adare SEC to deliver your key client communications. Despite considerable national upheaval, I am pleased to confirm that we continue to deliver service levels in line with client agreements.

The challenges we face in the coming months cannot be underestimated and like many businesses, we are focused on preparing ourselves to face these unprecedented circumstances. I’m keen to keep you informed with regards to our progress on dealing with the circumstances we face with the impacts of COVID-19. I want to reassure you that we continue to execute our plans to good effect to maintain continuity of our services and enable you to communicate with your customers at this crucial time.

My team and I are working closely to; ensure the ongoing safety of our colleagues, continually revisit contingency plans to maintain service levels and ensure that we are executing plans to protect our business for the future.

In summary, we are executing plans on the 3 focus points as indicated below.

The safety of our colleagues

Effective from Monday 23rd March we are introducing additional home working procedures for non-manufacturing staff. Fortunately, modern technology allows effective remote working so you should not experience any change in response times or in the way you connect with your key Adare SEC contacts. We will continue to ensure good health practices in line with Public Health England guidelines to maintain operational staffing levels, along with contingency plans ready to invoke for operational cover in the event of an increased level of colleague illness, with the additional comfort of continuity that our 3 sites provide.

Protecting our clients

Our service is crucial to you and we will continue to diligently respond to all of your specific queries to give you the comfort of our ongoing ability to deliver our services. To date, we are maintaining our agreed service levels across all our operations and are doing our utmost to ensure that this continues. We are also instigating specific client focused agile teams to respond with pace to further requirements that you may have – your Account Director will update you on this initiative shortly.

Protecting our business for the future

Our exec team continue to meet daily to oversee any new concerns raised and pragmatically plan for the changing needs of our business. We are working closely with our own suppliers to ensure their contingency plans are being executed and revisited according. We continue with the strong support from our Investors through the forthcoming challenging period.

We will keep you informed of any changes to the current circumstances and if we anticipate any risks to your services, we will of course be in touch to discuss our preventative measures.
