As the end of 2019 fast approaches, I am delighted that we are able to celebrate another successful year at Adare SEC as we continue to implement our transformation strategy.
Underpinned by our vision to become trusted as the number one expert of choice for contemporary integrated communications, our strategy continues to drive positive change throughout our business and service offering.
Over the last 12 months, we have seen an unprecedented level of new, renewed or extended contracts, an achievement we believe is only possible due to our colleagues’ commitment to providing the highest standards of client care, innovation and service offering.
Sustainability has also been at the forefront of our activity over the last year. Innovations such as our 100 per cent recyclable and biodegradable envelope means we save over 30 tonnes of plastic and 115,000 cardboard boxes each year and enables us to offer Adare Post as a fully recyclable product to you.
Our recent documentary about digital communication transformation which featured on Sky TV demonstrates the thought-leadership taking place at Adare SEC. The programme looked at the challenges around digital transformation, how businesses embark on this journey and why they should start sooner rather than later.
2020 may sound like a date from science fiction but it is also an important milestone for many long-term corporate plans. Digital transformation should be and will be a vital component of many companies’ customer communication strategies for the future. But, at the same time, traditional channels will still hold sway and play a significant role.
