Integrated communications provider Adare SEC has made its second £million-plus investment in production capability this year with the addition of a Ricoh Pro VC70000 high speed inkjet printer to its Huddersfield facility.
The installation is the latest statement of intent in Adare SEC’s ongoing £multi-million business transformation and investment strategy to provide clients with multi-channel communications expertise backed by outstanding levels of customer service.
The new VC70000 brings faster speeds, shorter turnaround times and yet more dynamic quality to the Adare SEC operation. The company’s direct mail work for clients is enhanced by the technology’s extended colour gamut which produce consistent high quality output at volume on a broad range of substrates. Additionally, high-integrity in-line scanning functionality delivers robust compliance for Adare SEC’s highly regulated clients.
This latest print technology acquisition follows the company’s £multi-million investment in enclosing technology in July and represents the latest phase of Adare SEC’s three-year multi-million pound investment programme to further enhance its capabilities in delivering market leading integrated customer communications for clients.
Rachael Nevins, Chief Executive, Adare SEC, comments: “Over the past six months, and despite the challenges presented by COVID-19, we have continued to invest because our vision for the business remains the same – to be the trusted expert of choice for contemporary integrated communications.
“We are piecing together a formidable portfolio of technology and hardware, all of which will allow us to continually enhance our capabilities, processes and expertise for the benefit of our clients. Every investment the business makes supports our collaborative approach, whereby we guide our clients through their customer communications and digital transformation journeys. That’s a key differentiator for our business.”
Adare SEC employs around 400 colleagues across its secure facilities in Huddersfield, Redditch and Nottingham, producing around 750 million critical customer communications per annum.
For the year to 31 October 2019, Adare SEC achieved a 52 per cent increase in EBITDA to £5.4m and a £1.7m increase in revenues to £71.4m for the year to 31 October 2019.
