Adare SEC is delighted to announce the appointment of Richard Slee as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Adare SEC, and the restructure of the Adare SEC Executive team with Barry Crich moving into the new role of Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective from 1st June 2017. Richard will report directly to Robert Whiteside, Adare Group CEO, and Barry will report directly into Richard.
Richard brings a broad, multi-sector experience and is an accomplished business leader having previously held senior/CEO-level positions within large international organisations in the business services sector. Richard has a proven track record of business improvement, driving profitable growth and returning shareholder value. He brings a strong mix of strategic outlook, operational experience and has a strong sales and customer bias. As CEO of Adare SEC, Richard will be responsible for driving continued growth and profitability building on the foundations laid by the team under Barry Crich’s leadership.
Barry, who will report into Richard, will be responsible for operational performance across the 4 Adare SEC sites (Redditch, Guildford, Nottingham and Huddersfield).
