Adare SEC, a provider of technology-led, paper-based and electronic communication solutions, is celebrating after achieving a top-level accreditation for aiding the production of credit card statements.
The Secure and Essential Communication Solutions Specialist is one of only a small number of communication companies to achieve Level One of the Payment Credit Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) after renewing its compliance for another year at its Nottingham site.
PCI-DSS accreditation, ranging from Levels One to Four (One being the highest), is a technically-complex standard which is a requirement for organisations processing payment data to enforce tight controls surrounding storage, transmission and processing of cardholder data that businesses handle and process.
Adare SEC has been re-accredited to version 3.2 Level One – a standard imposed on the industry by a number of credit card service providers including Visa, Mastercard and American Express in an attempt to eradicate fraud within the industry.
Richard Slee, CEO of Adare SEC, said: “We are in a very privileged place knowing that we are one of only a small number of communications companies who have achieved Level One.
“We are committed to achieving the highest security standards and as a result of this we invest heavily in our secure operations to make sure our clients are protected, and this renewal reinforces our ambition and drive to continue to produce transactional documents in the most secure environment.”
